So when he popped in my head that I wanted to purchase an Apple MacBook refurbished, I looked for a few days and compared many many sites and prices when I found back market, I really love the main site & the app and they also have just as competitive prices as most of the other sites I was considering purchasing from. But overall , back market seems to be a great site fair and alot of good feedback. I have received my purchase and I'm super excited. Everything looks great. Everything runs great and I'm ecstatic. Thank you so much for a great product and a great price. Just earned a forever customer on electronics.

Was skeptical about buying a refurbished Mac from anyone but Apple, but I've been extremely happy with my purchase! Works like a charm and haven't had any issues with the computer itself. I did receive a faulty charger with it, unfortunately. I took it to my local Apple Store and they confirmed the charger had an issue (it got EXTREMELY hot in a very short period of time while charging), so I did have to buy a new charger. Other than the charger, my experience has been great. Received the computer quick, it was packaged well and was in great condition!

av used the laptop for a whole two weeks now and is of good quality. For a refurbished item, I like everything about it. The power brick did not seem to work in any way so i had to order another charger so i can use the laptop.

What can I say, it's an awesome computer. And getting it refurbished means I paid about 1/5 the original price. I like the touch bar at the top, although you have to get used to not accidentally brushing against it when working in Word. Overall, it's the fastest, most high quality computer I've ever owned. And it's so shiny :D

Very happy with my refurbished MacBook. Works like new! Battery health looks good, too. I’ve ordered from Backmarket before and have been consistently pleased with the quality of the products and the value for the money.
