Great purchase I was kind of hesitant at first to spend my money with the site I never heard of. The laptop that I received seen brand new flawless I think you guys and I will most definitely spread the word and you most definitely have a customer for life

Bought it in "fair" condition, and the condition was as expected. It looks moderately used with a few scratches on the body but nothing extreme. Shipping was fast. The computer works great, and I am very happy to be its new owner!

My MacBook Pro just stopped working one morning. I took it to the Apple Store, and their diagnostics showed significant water damage and that a new logic board was needed. The damage happened prior to my purchase, as it has not been near water. When I attempted to return or repair based on my one year warranty, I was told the warranty was voided because of an almost microscopic crack on the black strip below the screen. It was so small that I did not see it until it was pointed out on a magnified photo from BackMarket. This obviously had nothing to do with the damaged logic board, but it was enough for BackMarket to not honor my warranty. Lesson learned. Just because a refurbished item is operational does not guarantee its internal quality. The Apple rep said they get these situations quite often. I will not from BackMarket again.

So far so good! I have been very happy and impressed with the whole transaction. I’ll be spending the word about you and be using you in the future!

The unit is in perfect working order. No blemishes physically. For a computer from 2019 it’s very fast. I’m pleased with the purchase.

The MacBook came in better condition then expected and works as it should.
