Super happy with my purchase, laptop showed up in great condition and both the power adapter as well as the usb-c cable that were included were both oem apple cables. Shipping was quicker than expected and the seller worked with me on answering a few questions I had prior to shipping the computer. Overall a solid purchase.

Machine itself is top notch from 2019 although it is now 2024. Battery life is poor compared to new machines but I went into this knowing such. Overall the condition actually seems excellent although I ordered a on in good condition. The only reason for a middle of the road score is because under the product description this was supposed to come with the Radeon 5600M graphics card with 8 GB of Video Ram, but I was sent a machine with the 5500M with 8 GB of Video Ram. Seller should correct this mistake in the description.

Quality is excellent as advertised. Shipping was faster than originally stated by 3 days. Great place to go for a used Mac. Saved a LOT!

I love my new MacBook Pro, very little dents and scratches which I am fine with.

The item condition that was selected for purchase was "excellent" yet the product is not in excellent condition. Upon opening the item, there were obvious scratches on the apple logo and on the aluminum. The are not deep scratches by they are clearly visible. It is disappointing that the purchased condition did not meet the description of "excellent" as given by BackMarket.

The quality of products PowerOn delivers is Awesome..... They need to double check the specs before shipping. I have receive 3 laptops over the years that did not match the advertised Specs.... I sent them back with no Issues.....
