Fantastic. I have had it for a week. Only reason there is 4 stars and not 5, is because even if you have to suggest extra cost NECESSARY accessory, you folks should - in this case compatible keyboard. While the touch screen is the attraction, it is frequently used as a laptop, not just a tablet. Necessitating a keyboard. Another point, in "appearance" it was indeed excellent, I'm assuming internally it is so, the refurbishment checkpoints went below the surface ofcourse knowing that it is used. Very pleased overall with price. Thanks

Device is fully functional. Came as described. Works perfectly with a type cover I had for the device.

My Surface works fine, but the screen is yellow along the sides and especially the upper corners. I think the screen will not last a lot longer. It appears to be very old. The computer is not in "good" condition and this is what I paid for. It is in "fair" condition. The lower left corner of the keyboard is coming apart as well.

The PC was delivered in perfect condition. It looks new.

seems to work well. easy to use. the product itself looks like it's in good shape too

As advertised. No complaints! Will revisit when time to seek an upgrade.
