Microsoft Surface 3 10-inch Atom x7-Z8700 - SSD 128 GB - GB QWERTY - English

The surface 3 seems grea tbut it won't charge. The touchscreen works but it died and wont charge now. The cord is loose in the charging port but the charging indicator light is on. I am disappointed as I was expecting to be able to use the device immediately but I couldn't even finish set up before it died on me. Im disappointed in how devices are supposed to be tested vefore sale and shipping yet atill arrive with charger connection issues where the port is loose and the device doesnt charge.

I wasn’t sure about switching from MacBook yo the surface 3 but I decided to give it a try and see. I am very surprised how much I like it. I am sad I can’t link my phone watch and laptop all together but I think the pros outweigh the cons. The keyboard sometimes doesn’t wake up when the battery is low but I ordered a new keyboard and I’m hoping that will solve that small issue. Other than that I’m very happy with this purchase and know I made the right choice.

Works well! Also satisfied with good communication and delivery speed from Black Market. Wanted a small laptop/tablet to replace my Asus... this is a good choice, but Surface seems to be a battery hog compared to the Asus.

The tablet arrived without the keyboard and pen that I read as included in the product description. Vendor responded immediately and cordially saying it was not offered with it. That if it were it would have been mentioned in the headliner for the product. He offered to approve a refund/return or apply a 50.00 credit. I took the credit because the tablet is nice and hi didn't want to have to return a 2nd tablet.

Only thing is the charger is lowkey messed up. Takes forever
