Microsoft Surface Pro 6 12-inch (2017) - Core i5 - Gen 8 (U) - 8 GB - SSD 128 GB

We knew the risk when we bought refurbished GOOD laptop, but honestly expected better for the price. It's slower than expected and makes college homework longer to do. For the price, we really expected better. Won't do this again, good thing we spent the money on the extended warranty, got a feeling we will need it.

The computer arrived quickly and in perfect condition! It works and feels like new, I have no complaints and would highly recommend 👍👍

I love it so far! The keyboard is in great shape, the battery life is exceptional, and it was packaged nicely and delivered safely. The only complaint is that there's a white dot on my screen at all time, some sort of damage that stands out like a sore thumb, especially when I'm watching a video and the screen goes dark, and the only thing I see on the screen is that white spot on the screen.

Not only did Back Market fight me on making my purchase and I had to use PayPal (which I never use), I received my device with no keyboard, a random type c charger, and the surface device literally has tape all over the backside to cover damage. Plus it arrived dead and since I didn’t get the actual charger I cannot see if it even works. Not to mention the packaging was very unsecured and it could’ve been easily damaged during shipment. Their customer service is terrible and they takes days to respond to anything so I don’t even know when I’ll get any help for this issue. Suffice to say I will never be using Back Market again.

So far, great. all went smoothly and the unit is functioning per expectations. nice to be asked!

Good as new

Didn’t receive proper charger or listed keyboard with the device. Offered me either a $50 credit to look for and purchase accessories or to return it. The return process is not clear unfortunately.
