My Microsoft surface that I bought in “good” condition came with only a tiny scratch. I couldn’t believe it, everything looked brand new. Honestly, I'm so glad I decided to follow my instinct to purchase. The keyboard didn't come with the initial package but with a little back and forth with customer service, I got it shipped to my address. 10/10.
