This surface pro was advertised as Excellent condition. Clearly, it was not tested prior to being sold. The screen began to "jump" and was fuzzy - not just in the OS but even when restarting with the SURFACE splash screen; an obvious hardware issue. Returned for refund.

I was happy with my first purchase with you. Very, very happy. But this time you've disappointed me. (1) Technical specifications say that device is 16 GB in RAM. It only has 8 GB. This was a key factor when taking my decision and now it affects seriously the use I would give to the device. (2) Power adapter is broken. It doesn't work. Very bad. I've promoted your site with my fellow workers. But these two backtracks will make me to explore other options in future purchases.

So Many Things Wrong Here. the listing was completely fake!!! I was supposed to receive a "good" condition product, with 16GB of RAM. what I actually received was a "fair" condition item with scratches and blemishes all over and what seemed like Black plastic glued to the back of the surface pro to hide any additional scratches. additionally, I received a model with 8GB of RAM and not 16 as stated in the listing. when I contacted the seller, I only wanted them to replace it with the correct product as listed. instead, I was offered an insulting $20 dollar partial refund. or the option to return it. would not buy from this seller again!!! False advertising and extremely poor service. now I have to go through the hassle of returning everything, waiting for my refund, and then looking for something else. i can not stress enough how poor the quality of service is from this seller. to say take this partial refund or return it. that's all we are willing to do for you. they screwed up the listing, they should make it right.
