iMac 21.5-inch Retina (2017) Core i5 3.0GHz - 512 GB SSD - 8GB

Machine arrived very quickly. Machine matched brand new. But I am old beyond any retiring age. And I could not handle going in a new direction at this this me. Very few choices for returning. I was. Completely satisfied with the product and all responses. I believe you have rated a very satisfied rating. If I was younger I probably could made it work.

After returning another 2017 iMac with traditional hd because it was going bad I spent $100 more to get same thing with Ssd. Ran it through tech tool pro. Clean bill of health. However still an annoyingly long time to open up browser. Most apps get 10 seconds of beach ball before working properly. Still far better than my 2009 iMac but I’d of thought speed would be much greater. My 2017 MacBook Pro also from back market it far faster. Big problem with 2017 though is you can’t upgrade ram. I think that was a big mistake by apple. Evidently it’s no longer removable but soldered in place. It took a day to upgrade to latest OS but it took it!! Glad I didn’t pay retail but I’d avoid 2017 for that reason.

The iMac shipped quickly and was in great shape. I saved about 1000 over a new machine and everything works great. I was also able to migrate all my data from my old iMac with no problems.

As listed in the description you sent to me, I thought I ordered a ssd hard drive. The iMac I was sent had a hdd drive. It also did not seem to work properly. It ran very slow. I sent it back and believe I am awaiting my refund. I would greatly appreciate if someone could check into that for me to ensure I am refunded my money, including the accidental warranty coverage I bought. Please let me know
