it's truly a good phone. hasn't messed up one bit. runs fast and smooth. has great camera quality. would recommend

Customer service was crap and when I got he decive. It fails to connect to any network this isnt a great experience

Screen is scratched. Supposed to be unlocked but isn't. Looks like it's been well used but somehow it's still locked. Doesnt make sense because verizon automatically unlocks phones after 60 days. I dont know how it works because I haven't been able to use it yet. I'll find out Monday when I go to verizon and get a sim card.

The phone was not unlocked. They offer refunds but you buy them to have available as they are a necessity. this is the 2nd time I buy a phone from Back Market and both phones are not what is advertised. The 1st phone I purchased did not power up I returned got a refund purchase another phone as i needed it and this one is not unlocked as advertised it can't be used unless it is verizon chip. I do not know what is happening but now I have to pay to get it unlocked so that It can be used or send it back get a refund and have to find another company to buy a phone from as Back Market is not betting these phone selling companies. Sorry for Venting but all I wanted was an inexpensive phone for my Grandmother to use in Mexico before she leave and this is unacceptable.

You had a chance to impress an Amazon customer who was tired of their diminishing service. You failed. - The delivery was late. - The product was falsely advertised as "fully unlocked" - The battery life on standby is about 3 hrs (with battery saver) - You want me to send back the item before I get a replacement or a refund, even though I paid in advance for an inferior used device - Unprofessional treatment of customers (we're not bff's, you can address me as "Mr. Carr") You only get 1 chance to make a first impression. You failed.
