My daughter Loves the phone. It was in greater shape and the shipping was lightning fast.

First order was great. My bad I broke that phone so ordered a second phone. Second phone is not usable upon receipt. Power glitch makes the phone to hot to handle. I will reserve judgement to see how customer service handles this.

This is "good" condition?? It's pristine. Looks brand-new. No scuffs, scratches or ANY of wear that I can see. Plus, I ordered it on a Wednesday night - and got it on Saturday morning. A total of 2.5 days. Helps that both the seller & I are in California, of course, but I still didn't expect to get it that quickly. Super happy with this purchase. Third time I've bought from Back Market and each time things went great, but this time y'all exceeded my already high expectations.

the quality was really good, there were some dots on the top of the backplate next to the camera but other than that the phone was perfect, until my screen protector and phone case got stolen off my porch, the next day it fell out of my hoodie pocket face first onto the concrete, breaking the lower half of the screen and damaging the LCD, but other than that i really liked how the phone basically still looked brand new even in the fair condition. very happy with this (not the porch pirates tho) i will definitely start buying all my phones off back market!

The phone seems a lot better than "very good" condition! It looks new and I really love it so far.The only complaint I have is that the battery runs out a lot faster than I expected and I can't get it to charge to a full 100%.
