Upside: Love the prices and ever changing stock. Downside: I've noticed every phone I've ordered, the battery life is just crap compared to the original. I don't know why or they put in lower quality in Monday refurbish them, I'm not sure why but to me that's the down side. Need charging too often constantly and couldn't take it to events without battery power backup(s).

So the purchase was reasonable cost with free shipping,, which arrived 4 days later which was cool. Open the box everything looked good, took the phone out of the plastic and TA DA not the right phone I ordered, it is a Motorola but not nearly as cool as what I ordered. I believe they sent Moto G/grey/ (2025), where I was expecting a Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G 128GB - Emerald Green - Unlocked. So yeah I'm bummed but it's a decent phone and I' was in need of a phone so bad I'll make due, in conclusion I really wanted what I ordered but I can't really wait to ship back and wait for them to send the right phone and so everything went great except I got wrong phone 😔

overall the phone is good. however I bought it under the impression that I would be able to use it with visible mobile as it is advertised when u buy them phone and ibgotva promo code for the service. However visible and back market are not on the same page because even though it is a unlocked phone, it is not compatible with visibles service according to the visible customer service agent.. So I ended up with a phone I can't use with the company that is promoted by back market who gives a promo code to use when u connect your phone. I feel misled 100%
