Delivery was late Phone came with a completely dead battery which are not supposed to allow to happen to lithium batteries. Back of case was separated from phone. Wireless charging does not work phone constantly thinks that it is wirelessly charging. Customer service wouldn't even cover faster shipping to fix the problem.
