I received a phone that looks good but does not work. Today I took my morning off from work, to bring my phone to my carrier company to install a new SIM card on the Motorola G style 5G that you sold me and I received It yesterday. The technicians from T mobile spent couple hours trying to find a reason why the phone does not allow to receive or make phone calls or texts messages from other numbers and they were not able to make work. I am very disappointed and frustrated. Why your technical department did not test the equipment before is offered to the public? Why did you offer and sell a product that does not work? I need a phone number where I can talk to someone wiling to give me honest answers and real solutions.
