This Moto Z3 is the 2nd phone (I bought my husband a Pixel 3XL) I have purchased from BackMarket in the past 3 months. (Technically the 3rd if you count the Pixel 2 our neighbor ordered for our daughter as a Thank You for babysitting.) Each purchase has been very easy to do, from navigating the website, to tracking and delivery! The phones we have received have been great quality, exactly as ordered, and so far working perfectly. I shop online frequently because we live in Rural Maine and it takes 45 minutes to get to the closest Wal-Mart, and I have had great service, quality products, and fun shopping at BackMarket.
