honestly, wonderful phone. The only little thing I've noticed is my own apprehension to fold the phone, and that my VPN likes disconnecting, whereas on previous devices I did not have that issue. The vegan leather backing material is also very convenient, as it has just enough grip to be comfortable without a case on this.

It is more than I anticipated it would be. I'm very happy about it and I definitely will recommend to everyone I know.

The device was in perfect shape. I hadn't ever been an android user, so I was a bit hesitant, but I am immediately loving the user interface and operating system so much better, already.

The phone is in excellent shape. My only complaint is that it is MISLABELED. I ordered the Motorola RAZR 40 Ultra. That was what the label said on every webpage I visited. I received a Motorola RAZR 2023. That was sometimes pictured but not correctly identified. I feel that companies should know the actual name of the product they sell. Still it's a good phone. I think I'll try it out.

the phone came in good condition. the only thing that I feel like could have been better is the fact that on the ads I see on YouTube and Facebook, the phones come in back market boxes. my phone arrived in a plain box and bubble wrap envelope. which isn't a huge deal but could have been easily damaged.

I cannot stress enough how much I urge you NOT to purchase this phone. I purchased it in "Excellent condition" so naturally the screen had a defect causing it to be touch unresponsive in a week. I did not drop or open the phone nor was it exposed to any moisture. I contacted customer support and they responded at their leisure. I was also ghosted for 3 days! I would have had an easier time contacting them through carrier pigeon. Alas, my efforts were in vain because I was told that there was nothing they could do. According to their warranty page, "broken" is out of warranty. Look for yourself. What does the warranty cover, I wonder... Don't worry though, because on the very same warranty page they say you can sell your broken phone back to them (for significantly cheaper)! Bottom line is, if you think you have any assurance with this company while buying refurbished goods, you do not. If you think they care, they don't. In the likely event your cheaply refurbished used phone has a technical malfunction you can expect to be contacted by someone 3 days later at 4am telling you there is nothing they will do about it (yes, really). Do not buy from here.

I ordered a Motorola Razr 40 Ultra 128GB - Green - UNLOCKED for my daughter. It arrived in perfect condition, but when she took it into her Verizon Wireless store to get it activated, it was discovered that the phone was LOCKED to X-Finity and was therefore completely useless to her. Now I have to waste my time taking pictures of the phone before returning and go through this hassle of returning and reordering an UNLOCKED version of this phone which is what I was supposed to receive in the first place. I'm annoyed.
