Nintendo 3DS XL - Purple

Allow me to first clarify that my customer service experience with Back Market was absolutely stellar. I am also not looking to have any additional resolution to my issue provided. I simply feel obligated to note the experience I had buying an item from Savitr Global Solutions LLC. I intended to buy a New 3DS XL based on the listing Savitr posted to Back Market. Upon initial receipt of the item, I realized it did not come with a stylus as the listing advertised. I reported this issue and received a $25 refund with no issues. However, after ordering another New 3DS XL from Back Market for my significant other, I came to realize the item I received was not what I ordered, as it was just an original 3DS XL. In other words, I paid more money for a cheaper model that was not what Savitr was selling in the listing. I reported the issue, requesting either the item I intended to purchase or a partial refund of ~$58 to match the item I actually received. The refund value was based of the difference between the price I paid and what an original 3DS XL was being sold for on Back Market. Savitr's initial response was to claim I had been provided the correct item. I then provided an itemized list of differences between the item I received and what I intended to purchase, further demanding either the item I intended to order or the refund of ~$58. They only offered me $40, which I accepted because I could not find another New 3DS XL to purchase from this website. This tells me that the item I had received was the only one Savitr had in their possession, making the listing they created an inaccurate representation of what they were selling. Savitr's inability to create truthful listings borders on a bait-and-switch scheme, though I can not be for certain since this could just as easily be attributed to their own incompetence as sellers. My advice to anyone buying on this website, so not trust anything Savitr Global Solutions LLC says it sells. It is very likely false and will refuse to admit when that is the case.
