Works flawlessly! The battery's definitely not new but compared to my backup that I was working with this is more than an upgrade. And for the price! Wow!! The only TINY complaint I have, and it doesn't really matter, but I didn't receive any charging cord with the phone. But like I said it doesn't really matter because I have a bunch of USB-C cords from my Pixel.

A google search will confirm that the OnePlus 7 Pro remains a great value phone in 2021. I bought the "fair" condition phone and it worked great for me: very minor scratches around parts of the phone you never look at like the top and bottom. One you put a case on, it might as well be a new phone. There was a small issue with the first phone they sent me: the charging port was finicky, but with the 30 day return window, I just got another one that didn't have that problem. One year warranty is also great for a refurbished phone. Most quality related issues will surface within that time.

I got the good condition, and what's funny is that basically the only imperfection that isn't super small is some scratches on the screen that look like its from the camera bump of another OnePlus 7 Pro, which means the sellers are prolly the ones who caused that from having these stacked it whatever - Also mine was a T-Mobile version ☹️ This means there's a T-Mobile boot animation and the T-Mobile version of the 1+7 Pro gets updates slower. There is a way to make it non T-Mobile, but people have had issues with it so idk - The box it came in was slightly oversized for the phone, so it was sliding around which was very worrying at first, and the charger is some cheap off brand one but that was expected. - And also I didn't know what refurbished really meant since they don't seem to fix or replace anything, but the phone came perfectly clean, I think they even cleaned the USB C port!
