My last phone worked great for the expected amount of time, given the abuse my phone's endure from a clutzy owner with a 3 YR old who snags it every chance she gets. I feel like the battery in the most recent phone I purchased doesn't last as long as it should, but that is truly my only "complaint". I like One Plus phones and this one looks great. Seems to be working just fine now but, the data transfer was awful. I was simply transferring from another One Plus phone but the new phone just wouldn't connect. Took several days and finally several hours at a tech store just to complete. Not sure what the problem was as I've never had any issues transferring data from one phone to another, even iPhone to Android.

Right now the only problem I have with the phone is the screen wraps around the edge of the phone just enough to get two points of contact while I'm scrolling. And that has nothing to do with the seller that's a *phone design/big hands* issue that I can fix with a phone case. 100% happy 🤙. Oh it didn't come with a charger, but 🤷 whatever I've got chargers.
