If you order a device be prepared to have technical issues. The first device I got was locked and non Verizon compatible even though I ordered a Verizon unlocked device. I did the same for the second device. It worked with Verizon for about a day then I got a message that the Sim card is unauthorized and a mint mobile Sim card is needed.

This has been a real pain. The phone was supposed to be unlocked. Verizon told me it was locked. Verizon also told me it is a prepaid phone and cannot be used on an already existing account. Back market does not seem to want to take any accountability for sending me a device that was not as advertised. I guess there's a reason these phones are so cheap. Might give them a second chance to right their wrong. Also trying to talk with customer service is not easy. It takes hours for someone to respond. Getting a device with back market is a roll of the dice. I hope your gamble goes better than mine

The seller sent me a defective phone they claim I can’t be fixed and only offered me a refund of $20 dollars

Phone was locked when received, and then was told it’s a mint mobile phone. Super Unhappy.
