There was a scratch on the back by the camera, I give the quality of this refurbished device 4.5/5 stars. Everything else 💪 appears to be in good working order. This is a great phone for the price. The ultra that is. 12gb ram...super fast 🏃‍♂️

Buying my new phone was easily a 5/5, but honestly, trading in your phone to this company was a 1/5. I will explain why below. I was trading in my Galaxy Note 20, and yes it did not look the best, but I was HONEST. I selected the options that said it had wear and tear, and selected the option for the screen that said something about "having dead pixels" because it had a VERY TINY area with a dead pixel on it. The original offer was $141, but upon the refurbisher receiving the phone, I was told that it "didn't match the description" and "had a dot on the screen." They counter offered me a whole ONE DOLLAR. It was honestly insulting that you can tell the truth, be told you were wrong, then get that little of an offer. I'd recommend these guys for buying a phone a million times over, but save yourself some time and sell your old phone yourself.

Hello, the Samsung S21 Ultra 128 GB phone arrived within a few days. I was a little disappointed in some screen blemishes, but for the most part the phone and camera work just fine! However, I am extremely disappointed in the trade-in payment I received that was about $20.00 less than promised. I returned a Pixel 6A phone in perfect condition, with a screen protector, and it included the original Pixel phone box and charging cord. Who does that? Probably no one keeps the packaging the phone comes with. I have to hope my next purchase of a Samsung S22 Ultra 512 GB and a trade-in of another Pixel 6A phone in the same condition and in the original box. Thanks, GB

considering I went with the lowest grade I can't really complain about much. how ever my original s21 + had the screen shut off one day and never came back. so upon receiving this ultra getting no response from power button but a vibrate and some when plugging in to charge I got a bit scared. used an old charger thats oem samsung and everythings been great. they clearly left device powered on with a very low battery upon shipping.

I love the phone I got Samsung S21 Ultra. Great condition but came with a thick plastic covering. It made the phone look like it had a crack across the middle of the phone. I peeled it off to find the front glass beautiful but no screen cover now. Everything works like brand new. Would recommend Back Market to anyone.
