Phone is in great condition and works great. it was a replacement phone for one of my kids. I waited a month before reviewing this phone. I have to say it is PHENOMENAL! Like seriously, it looks brand new and I have not had any issues at all! I purchased this phone for my child. Phone arrived in a bubble wrap package. I opened it and hit the power on button and the screen was black. I emailed support and they sent me a return label with in minutes. Sent back to company purchased from for repair, they couldn’t fix it and processed a return on my payment.
