Galaxy A52 5G 256GB - Purple - Unlocked

I own a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G, and I love it! It is a very good and dependable device. My brother was interested in buying a phone and liked mine as well, so I bought it for him from the refurbished market. We received the phone with no problems...for about two weeks. The issue he had that I have never encountered with my phone was the screen blacking out while using it at random intervals. However, the phone was still on and making noise if he had been playing music or was receiving calls. Needless to say, I was disappointed to hear this as mine has been so dependable. The only good thing about this was that the refund process was pretty straightforward, and went without a hitch. Moving forward however, the specific company selling phones refurbished is on my "no buy" list. I hope other customers did not also experience a fatal problem like this as well and wish them the best.

I love this phone, it's great good my needs: still has a headphone jack in case my headphones run out of battery, still has a micro SD slot of for extra storage, still a great phone despite being "mid-range". Seller sent the phone next day, and it arrived on time, so I was extremely happy with the service and with Back Market in general. Can't wait to use this service again the next time I need a phone!

The only thing I am unsure about is when I answer a call, it drops the call. I am not sure if this is me or the phone. A reboot often corrects this issue, but should I have to reboot my phone every day? Other than this issue, I am very happy with the purchase.

So far, so good! The phone is in great quality (as described) and while I cannot find the max battery setting, it is lasting almost 48 hrs with moderate use! It was also unlocked and easy to insert my wife's SIM card. All in all, we've had a great experience and we'll be getting our next phone from Back Market!

Phone works great it's everything I expected except for the plastic backing that they put on the phone is coming off and I can't get it to pop back in but other than that everything works the way it's expected My phone came with the charger and everything else works just thought it was a 5G phone

It's way better than the Blu Trac phone that I had earlier which was only 4G capable. The phone is very user friendly and had most of the apps that I needed. I paid a a middle range price.The company that rebuilds them offers good, better and best all in a price range from $108.00 to $128.00. I took the $118.00 phone and I am happy with what I got.
