its so great i didnt even know how well they were gonna work if they did arrive , but the shipping was not even four days and the case has scuff but the headphones are in perfect condition, coolest tech site ive ever found online ! such a great deal for a reliable product !

These were described as "fair" condition. The actual earbuds are in EXCELLENT condition. The color is aura glow which is white. The charging case looked a little "used" but after some elbow grease and and magic eraser its back to brand new

The outer charging case is scratched up - which I expected as the condititon was listed as "Fair" - but the case was also dirty, and had a lot of grime on it that wiped off easily with a damp cloth. The buds themselves were pretty clean, and the silicone ear tips are clearly brand new. Battery life still seems decent. The design of the actual product is fine for the price. Samsung apparently dropped support for this first-gen model (SM-R170) a year after releasing it, so it's not compatible with the Galaxy Buds app on iOS: ambient mode and custom EQ curves are unavailable, and they only pair with one device at a time. There's an audible noise floor when the Bluetooth codec is active, and you can hear it drop out a couple seconds after pausing audio. Tonally they're very dark; the manufacturer reported magnitude trace has nearly a 10dB bump in the low end, and a roll-off above 16kHz. This could probably be corrected if they were still supported on iOS. These are all product-design flaws though and don't reflect on the refurbisher.

Great price and good condition for a product sold as fair

I received my Galaxy Buds today and they are in excellent condition! I purchased the fair condition and they are in great shape and sound great! Back Market does it again!

Ordered these for the s9+ I also got off back market, both came in absolutely much better condition than I expected.
