The Galaxy S20 I purchased is in excellent shape. I have a couple of concerns: 1. I specifically said I wanted a Verizon, unlocked. I can't get my Verizon voicemail on this phone. 2. While on a phone call using "speaker" the volume is not very loud.

The product was in great condition and delivery was quick. Unfortunately all Galaxy S20, even unlocked are incompatible with Verizon and consequently XFinity. S20+ and Ultra are OK but I don't want these. You should supply the IMEI number in Specifications so you can look it up for compatibility before purchase. Support Chat was iffy. Initially contact gave some "things to try" but nobody responded when I tried to continue the chat when nothing worked getting it configured. It took a while to find it but you supply a free return sticker which is great. I returned it and will order a reasonably priced Galaxy S21 when the return clears. The plusses outnumber the minuses so will try again.

Works great, awesome deal. Fast ship. Got the S20 5G as a replacement for an aging S9+. Used the Samsung app to move my stuff, swapped the SIM and ta da! Unlocked 5G service on Verizon myself thru myVerizon app with no issues or new SIM needed. The only issue I had was the seller put a complementary screen protector on but it had two black stripes blocking part of the screen and interfered with the touch screen...nice touch that it was free too bad it didn't work so good. Oh well, it probably protected the screen on shipment!

i love this phone! the product arrived with a bit of smudging on the back which led me to believe it was scratched and i had received a "good" quality product when i ordered "top shelf". but after using it a bit the smudges have wiped away and revealed no damage underneath. im left with an above average phone for a fraction of the cost. the presentation of a clean product needs a little improvement but with me ordering during the holiday season the seller was probably rushed. i will definitely be shopping back market for my tech when i can from now on, tho.

The product came as scheduled, was nicely packed and, even after close inspection, revealed no discernible blemishes. Great! Transfer from my old Samsung S7 with Smart Switch was mostly painless. The only app not to transfer was Kindle, for some reason. If only PCs were this easy! Transfer of number from old to new phone with Verizon was only complicated by my not realizing I had a physical SIM to move.
