Like others have said, buying a used phone is tough. I've had the phone for a little over a month and all is well. The condition of the phone cosmetically is great, as it was described. If/When I need to get another used phone I will look here first.

The phone is in great condition. It looks new to me. The only complaint I have is that I ordered green but got blue. I need the phone and it isn't worth the hassle to return and wait for a specific color. If you are looking to buy, don't get your heart set on a color. You may not get it.

Well the phone died the other day. I kept getting notices that the sd card was removed unsafely then the sim. Next it was no service. Took it to verizon they redid the sd and installed new sim and still got no service. Bought new S23.

bought this phone to replace my s10 and i orderd the excelent condition pbone. man it shipped very fast, it came 3 days early. phone looks brand new not one scratch or scuff mark on it. works great battery life is amazing. thanks back market for keeping things simple and making sure customers are happy.

I had no problem picking out a awsome phone, the only difficult part is acquiring a shipping return label to send back my old phone. I think this process could be made SO MUCH EASIER if they would just include it in with the phone. This way, customers could simply place their old phone in the box their new phone came in, slap the label on and send it back. Big problem solved !

My experience with this seller was great! 😃 Fast shipping with no issues. I ordered the s20fe Verizon locked for mother's day for my Mom. I ordered the phone in excellent condition but it looked brand new! So far it's working well for her. I was so impressed with the quality and condition of her phone, that I decided to order the same phone for myself. However, I need an unlocked device and unfortunately went with another seller. The experience has not been good because of delivery issues with FedEx.🤦🏾‍♀️ I will probably return that device and see if Novetta Wireless has an unlocked phone so that I can have another great experience.
