Galaxy S20+ 5G 128GB - Blue - Locked AT&T

So far it's a great phone. Still learning the differences between my galaxy S9+ and the 20s+. Was listed in good condition. Couldn't find any scratches or dents. Very happy with this purchase.

Appearance is fine, but the screen has slight image retention and the vibration function is a bit weak

The phone was blocklisted as stolen and I had to send it back for a refund

PRO: Better than last order I placed; phone is clean and works as advertised. CON: Did not realize there was no more earphone jack, but I guess it's been 3 years since this model came out. Still would've liked to have been offered a dongle or something...

I am very satisfied with my purchase from Back Market. This was my second purchase, my first purchase was an iPhone-XS for my wife, that I purchased because my daughter recommended Back Market after she had a good experience. You are 3-for-3. Each successful purchase encouraged me to go back to the well again. I will definitely consider Back Market first for any future electronics purchases.

shipped the wrong item... ask for a AT&T locked phone got an unlocked phone which didn't work at all with AT&T and was a complete pain in the ass to deal with with AT&T discovered that Randy was an AI service person and it was not helpful at all... the best thing about their site was the quality of the phone that I received but other than that I really can't say anything good about backorder. I'm giving him another chance with a replacement phone and if that works out well I'll give them five stars but I'll have to wait and see as their customer service interface is really terrible
