Galaxy S21+ 5G 256GB - Black - Locked Verizon

I used to get refurbished through eBay. Then this time it was a two-time nightmare. I read a review for Back Market and I'm glad I did. The phone arrived quickly and has worked flawlessly. I will definitely use Back Market when it is time to upgrade again!

This is my second purchase from back market. Everything was as promised. Phone works great! We will be using back market for all future purchases.

I have to admit I was somewhat leary purchasing a refurbished phone, but upon reading reviews posted along with the guarantee offered by Back Market, I flipped the coin. I received my Galaxy S21 5g as disclosed, on scheduled and looking like "new out of the box". Thank you for delivering what you say and providing an outlet for the consumer to keep up with the technology without the high cost. I will return.

On my review page now phone says very good condition.. when bought page said excellent condition. To me excellent means no screen scratches..it did and metal surround frame ground down vorner..it also did. Phone need 42 updates thru Verizon. Thus took me a day and a half to complete. This was my third and worst phone thru back market. I guess when a phone listed as excellent was cheaper than fair it was to good to be true...plus side phone seems to work decent.....so

I am truly upset that I have to give you an F- for a review. I have purchased other phones in the past with no problems. I get my new phone and transfer all data after waiting 2 hours then I find out no sim card bracket is in the phone. You brag how well phones are all inspected,blah blah.Terrible quality control.I will Never recommend your business to anyone else. I will be returning the phone.

Unfortunately after being connected to Verizon for 2-5 minutes, it would fail. Spoke w tech support (for several hours) to troubleshoot. Connected via both a known working physical sim and an eSim and had same outcome. Returned phone. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 as the return process was easy. The same phone is now more expensive. Will review other options.
