This is my first experience with a refurbished, unlocked phone. I lost my beloved phone. Actived an old 2014 phone I had on hand via my carrier. I discovered Back Market, and seen they had a phone just like my beloved favorite phone I lost, but better. The Back Market phone had more GBs and colors than my carrier offered for a way cheaper price than buying another one just like my lost phone from carrier. ordered BM phone. And I am impressed! The delivery came earlier than expected. I didn't even have to call my carrier to activate it! I have had this phone for about 6 months i think and i am loving it. It is a great price and overall the time from ordering and getting it delivered was pretty good. The phone came in great condition and with out any issues. The only problems that i had with the order was that there was no kind of padding like paper or bubble wrap to protect the phone. It was secured in this clear plastic sheet that kept the phone in place but i more so incase the box arrives more banged up than normal. My second issue is that the charger was not secured and was free to move around in the bod (it was seperated from the phone by a piece of non moving cardboard) but it was a little scarry when i moved the box and i heard quite a bit of movement. It spooked me thinking that the phone had been damaged but everything was a okay. Over all great product, I would definitely be buying again from this refurbisher just some small things that i think are more personal TL;DR - great service, some small concerns in packaginf but phone came in perfectly fine.Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G 256GB - Green - Locked US CellularPurchased on January 7, 2023

The phone was in excellent condition as reported. Service was very speedy and the packaging kept it safely nestled. So far I am enjoying my phone.I have not encountered any problems with it. Really like the photos still playing with the various variables. My one disappointment is the lack of place for extra memory.
