My device came in earlier than expected. It had a few hair line scratches on the screen and a couple small scuffs on the sides which was expected since I ordered good and not excellent but the device over all looks and operates like a new device. I had no issue using smart switch or connecting with my Sim. I feel like I have a brand new device since my cases cover that small scuff and the scratches can not be seen at all while the screen is on. I would definitely recommend back market.

I've been having problems with the service real bad after i transfer my sim into the phone , I called tmobile and had the phone where I don't need a sim. They said I have good service in the area so they think it's the phone.

The phone is listed as excellent condition, however the screen has several micro scratches and about three deeper scratches on the bottom curve of the phone. I'm still going to keep it because the body the phone is an excellent condition and the phone operates perfectly so far. I jist wish the screen was as excellent as the rest ofnthe phone.

Great phone, excellent quality. Exactly what i was looking for and within my budget. I liked it so much I bought my wife and kids a new phone as well using BackMarket. Im not sure Ill ever buy a new phone again.
