4.7/5I received the wrong phone smh... although the process was easy through Back Market. It's a nice phone other than it's not what I ordered. I had reservations about the outcome of such a large purchase online, and my expectations were confirmed. I ordered and paid in full for S23, which was supposed to be 256GB, and they sent me the 128 GB model. My time is very valuable, and I dislike the return policy as now I have to go out of MY way to rectify.
