So far, so great! I've had my phone for a little over a month and I can't even tell it's refurbished. Wow. The shipping was fast - and over the holidays too! I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 which surprised me that a phone released in Feb 2023 needed refurbishing. The condition was rated as "very good". As far as I can see, it's damn near perfect. No signs of use. Looks new to me. I'd be curious to see what an "excellent" phone would look like. It works perfectly. And the fact that I got it at Xmas but have until Jan 31 to return? Even better. I don't plan on returning since I just paid over $100 bucks to protect the phone with an Otterbox case and a Zagg glass protector. Yes, I know I could've gotten it cheaper online or at Back Market but I'm so clumsy that I was paranoid enough to run straight to the TMobile store to get a new sim card and the protective stuff. Thank you to both Back Market and Maroon Mobile for such excellent service and an excellent device. Above and beyond!!!

I ordered two phones, one in Good (advertised - Good Deal!) condition and one in Excellent condition. I should have trusted the Good Deal advertised phone and gotten two instead of upgrading one of them to Excellent because both phones arrived in Excellent condition. This was my first time purchasing refurbished phones. I was apprehensive, but am glad I took the plunge. I think my husband's phone (Good) holds better charge than mine, but I don't know for sure. It may be that I use mine more than he uses his. All in all, we are very happy with our purchases. We still need to visit Verizon for help with some usage issues like apps, but we are going from Samsung Galaxy S9s to Galaxy S23s, so I think it's a learning curve issue. Thanks for a great product!
