Phone came in basically brand new condition with manufacturers protective tape still on it. I thought there would be a "catch" to the deal but I honestly can't pick on anything negative. They are offering full refund but not honor to send me the model I purchased for the same price. Don't waste time playing these games, disappointed never will shop with back market.
