Phone came super early. The package was in mint condition (not crushed like other stuff I get from fedex). The screen was scratched, but for an "acceptable" phone, there wasn't much damaged. Everything works perfectly 👍

Fast shipping and the phone i received was actually in better condition than I expected. The only negative thing I can say is that the charging cord is received wasn't for this particular phone. it was an older style cord rather than a type c cord. Other than that, I'm very happy with the phone and the service.

I was sold a device that was reported stolen. I was issued a refund swiftly, and without further issue, however, the ordeal still caused me a massive headache, and a lot of lost money, that would not have occurred had I chosen to purchase from a different seller. I only found issue with the device I was sold when I put my SIM card in it, and found that it would not activate. I did not know the cause, so I returned my SIM to my original device, and suddenly found that now that phone doesn't work either. I had to call AT&T, and even drive to their store to find out that I was sold a stolen device, and that by putting my SIM card in that device, and then back in mine, that my phone was now permanently blacklisted from my service. I was left without a phone, and had no choice but to purchase a brand new one from the store, as I could not wait weeks for a replacement to come in the mail. I had to spend money I did not have, and lost a few hundred dollars by having to purchase brand new from the store, as well as losing my old device, as it's now still permanently blacklisted.
