Advertised as "locked Verizon" but I received a spectrum mobile phone that is locked and cannot be used with Verizon. I even took it into a Verizon store and they confirmed it was locked and couldn't be used. Complete waste of time.

Problems 3 month after purchase same problem they didn't honor my warranty do not spend your money your far better off buying a new from your phone company even if your that rude they at least won't do a trade when repair is worth more than the cost of the phone now as mother severe poverty I had to spend my grocery on using previous phone this was not ok warenties typically last six months don't buy from back market not worth the money and a complete ripoff
