Came out in excellent conditions, 3 days to come in. Would recommend doing a 2 year warranty if you can to get the most out of the device since foldable phones (especially refurbished ones) tend to have a problem or two at some point later down the line, otherwise fantastic product and I like the offers for keeping the device for longer.

Very pleased so far, been setting it up for the past 6 hours almost. The things I noticed immediately were that there was no sim ejector tool, good thing I had a spare, and that the camera was pretty dirty, theres this hair somehow between the camera and the outside that I can't pull out. But besides the dirtyness, when opening it for the first time the plastic was kidna loud, I assume because it hasn't been open for awhile. But I was given the correct 512GB Black model, and so far its been great! The screen is so bright and vivid, and jeez I didn't think samsung could reinvent the fun I had when I first got a phone. Ill make sure to come back to this post if anything bad happens with the phone within the 1 year warranty.

Received my Samsung Z Fold 4 a couple weeks ago. it was shipped quickly and other than a couple very small scratches on the back it looks new. It looks good and works good. That's all I ask. It's my 3rd buy from bm and my goto place for electronics.

So far so good. The phone came in really awesome condition. If you’re on the fence about Back market just go ahead and make the purchase. I ordered good condition and it exceeded my expectations. Working flawlessly. Feels very solid and premium. Definitely will order here again!

the condition that it was in was "very good" instead of excellent (its probably a mix of good and excellent) which definitely lives up to the name the only minor issue is that the inner display as a couple minor scratches in the middle but there's a screen protector so it's not really any damage. it's not really noticeable. would buy again

Great packaging. it was delivered in a box that fit the measurements of the phone that was then inside of a bubbled package. The front screen of the phone had a clear light protective wrap. It was easy to set up the phone. No scratches, knicks, or dings. All around perfect. I was so excited to receive the phone that I was waiting by the door for the it!!

Picked up an unlocked Z Fold4 in "Good" condition for under $550, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in immaculate condition (if you'd have told me someone just unboxed a new one, peeled the shipping stickers off it, then packaged it in bubble wrap and shipped it to me I'd have believed you). Setup took all of 10 minutes including transfer of my saved information and apps from my Pixel. I can't imagine ever paying retail for a device again given my experience with Backmarket.
