This is the third item I have purchased from back market. I truly don't foresee ever buying electronics brand new again. The phone came in record time, in stellar condition. You would truly never know it was refurbished. I bought the same phone in the "fair" condition for $50 less and the quality of the 'good' compared to the 'fair' is basically the same.. not worth spending $50 more for more scratches on the screen and dirt and crap all in the crevasses,, the 'fair' quality had no scratches on the screen, just a dent and some scratches on the sides, wasn't dirty and the only actual problem was the screen was popping when you pressed on it but that's not why yall marked it as 'fair' quality. I was hesitant to ordering such an expensive refurbished phone but I have been pleasantly surprised with my purchase thus far. My phone came in better than Good condition. My only "issue" was that when I started the phone it didn't go through the initial start setup. I ended up factory resetting the phone. After setup I had to go through the settings to unlock the network, which is not a big deal but it is something that not many people would know or consider. I only have my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra two days ago (not cheap) but I tell you I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality of the phone. No scratches or dents. Works flawless.
