So far, rather disappointed... The purchasing experience was very simple but the quality of the actual product was not at all what I expected. Which is partially my fault as I didn't realize that this was 3rd party merchandise, meaning Back Market sells the product while someone else supplies the product. Which is fine but when I purchase a refurbished item in the "Good" grade, I did not expect to see deep gouges in the face of the watch & while I'd expect that from a "Fair" grade I was very disappointed when I noticed sensors weren't working & come to find out the back of the watch was broken where the sensors are located. But I've returned the product & was received by the supplier 5days ago now & I have heard anything other than "the supplier has received the item, if able to fix it then I'll have it back within 3 days & if not they will issue a refund within 2 days & I will be notified".......... Still waiting for well, anything? I messaged them this morning & the removed my return submission from my account on their site but still shows that I purchased the watch & then I received a notification stating I should leave a review about my new Samsung Galaxy Active2 Watch 44mm. While I doubt this is what they were expecting, I wasn't expecting to get a busted watch. I seen the same watch with Excellent Quality refurbished for a cheaper price, tired of waiting on this refund so I already purchased it Thanks, James X. Williams P.S. The packaging was crap, the watch seemed to be tossed in bubble wrap & the popcorn filling was sitting on top of the watch not around the watch. While I doubt that cause all the gouges I'm certain that how it was broken, I work in logistics & I've seen how my fellow employees treat the packages that come through our warehouses
