fast delivery, excellent quality and even got a thank you card with purchase. made me feel appreciated for buying something that I appreciated buying. it was a nice touch. my new/used watch works and feels great. even had a little charge in the battery so I could start setup right away. this is the 4th watch I've bought and in my opinion overall best experience out of all of them.

The watch has been working perfectly and was in great shape. I did find there were some minor scuffs on the back side of the watch housing, but nothing major, and that's the side that faces my wrist anyway. The biggest issue that I had was that the band it came with was way too small for my wrist, but that was really not that big of a problem cause I planned to buy a different strap anyway. Though, for those who are looking to wear it right out of the box, it would have been a more serious problem. Though that could have been my fault. I don't recall seeing a field for selecting the band size, but there might have been one that I missed.

Okay, first off it's AWESOME. The watch is working properly no issues thus far. I've had it a little over a month and making sure it stays in full working condition. I had a wonderful transaction and communication was Tier-1. I've ordered several items already and currently in the works of making another purchase. I truly like the customer service because they are very attentive and super friendly. So I'm looking forward to shopping with them again and quality merchandise. Well, I'm still monitoring the merchandise so I'll update again later.

It was delivered on time and the watch was in fact flawless. Very good impression for my first purchase.
