I've always had a general idea of the type of quality product I would be getting from BackMarket, I've bought from the site a few times myself, but even purchasing through this retailer I've had my doubts. I've recently had a bad experience with some Pixel Buds Pros I bought refurbished from Best Buy and they turned out to be a massive disappointment over time. This however, this was a massive surprise and an extremely pleasant one at that. The sound comes through phenomenally, the noise cancelling is effective as a new pair would be (I had a control group to compare to) and the bass is rich and vibrant (although the original product is advertised to be bass heavy, which is something you need to keep in mind when purchasing these, because these will absolutely rattle your head). Touch controls work as well as you'd expect a midrange pair to, which means they're only a little annoying to use, but that's something many people with an absolutely new pair have issues with, so again I'm not complaining. It's to say it was absolutely clear every attempt to keep the integrity of the original pair was made and I greatly appreciate it. The headphones came in the intended packaging alongside the intended accessories and case, all in spectacular condition. These headphones outside of a sale would run you about $250 before tax, but the fact I was able to get these for about $130 and STILL have songs like Dear Diary, by Bring Me The Horizon all the way to Scenario by Pop Smoke sound like they're coming from a brand new pair of midrange Sony headphones is a genuine game changer for me. Would absolutely recommend this retailers work, and I am genuinely SO ELATED I made the decision to use BackMarket again, they never disappoint!
