Device shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. It works well - only disappointment was in my research. I was planning to use it as an Airplay 2 device and recent system updates have rendered that generation incapable of signing into iCloud.

I did not realize the apps were limited to what was installed and could not be used or updated. On the plus side I was able to upgrade the operating system and get apple TV+. It is not as useful as I had hoped.

only thing positive was the return process and the service but the item was not as described new condition it had lots of scratches on it and didn't even come with an HDMI when I finally got that all sorted out the system was laggy and very outdated I don't know why this is even for sale any more it doesn't work and apple services is no longer working on the device
