I believed I was get a nice refurbished x box one s the picture shows it in a box and everything paid hundreds of dollars for this and the controller is nasty it was not in a box, this was going to be my daughter's Christmas gift and it's so raggedy that I'm embarrassed and out of hundreds of dollars. product doesn't match the picture I just pray it works because I don't have the money to replace. I advise everyone to be extremely careful when ordering so you too don't become rooked
