AMAZING this was for a gift and it came exactly in perfect perfect conditions thank you very much this refurbisher did not disappoint. it came soo well packed and even wrapped from dust protection this couldnt have gotten any better thank you to this refurbished store god bless and 5 stars!!

Me newly used dell laptop/tablet is fantastic. It arrived on time, holds a significant charge, and is much more than I expected.

I used to get all of my refurbished machines from Newegg or upgrade with parts from ye olde computer parts stores. So glad to be able to buy refurb through a more streamlined and organized storefront! The computer itself works as expected, no physical marks, true to stats. Great for my freelancing work and having something on in the background (though the sound is tinny -- it's not an entertainment laptop).

I ordered this in Excellent condition but I honestly would believe it was brand new apart from the manufacturer warranty being expired after getting everything setup. An incredible deal buying it refurbished and looking and running like brand new.

I got the excellent model for $319. The delivery via UPS was slow, but the laptop is in great condition. I bought it as a gift for a relative, and I'm sure he would be happy. You can't tell that it's a refurbished model, the screen looks great, body is sturdy, and overall the laptop feels very slick. Thanks backmarket.
