Only hang up was the original box I came in. It was a little dirty but that’s to be expected. The charger was also not an official apple charger. Outside of that the AirPods work nicely paired to my phone immediately, bass sounds good which is the most common Hangup I’ve found with refurbished headphones/earbuds, and the AirPods and case themselves were very clean and had all The pieces.

I just got this item last week, and I have to say that it is great. The Apple AirPods Pro 2nd gen with MagSafe and USB-C charging case came looking excellent. There were no marks whatsoever on them and it worked like a dream. The Apple AirPods Pro 2nd gen came with everything, just like if I got them from Apple. This is the sixth or seventh Apple product that I have gotten from BackMarket and I have not been disappointed yet. Way to go BackMarket!

I put these AirPod pros in 5 star because I want people to hopefully read this more than If it was in the actual rating , but first these AirPods are 2 STARS , I used to borrow my family relatives actual non refurbished AirPod pros 1st gen and the sound quality was nothing matched to the refurbished AirPods , I was convinced that the refurbished ones were fake because of how much problems there were with it , I got these AirPods in fair quality and expected the case to come beat up , and that’s fine because I wouldn’t care about the case rather than the sound quality , they did the complete OPPOSITE the sound quality was so bad , the left AirPod had water damage and you heard components shaking in the left one , noise cancelation just didn’t work and noise transparency would turn on and off so randomly , I asked for a new pair , shipped it out and I was confirmed that they were going to give me a new pair , a few minutes later they just gave me a refund which is the opposite of what I happend but whatever I won’t buy from Amazing Wireless LCC or whatever it is , And I’m pretty sure their going to sell my defective product and sell it to someone else and just continue on this , no h...

The arrived very quickly(ordered Wednesday and arrived Friday of same week) but the packaging was not secure. The AirPods were just loose in a box with no bubble wrap or cushioning. Overall it was amazing. The AirPods work flawlessly, I got official apple ear nubs and an official apple charger! 10/10

Love love love my purchase. I had a pair of the same gen AirPods before (from apple themselves) and they had just run their course.. the light on my case became inoperable and I lost one AirPod so I decided to just get a new pair. Got these from this seller and they’re the exact same as what I had before. I have zero complaints. Get some! And it came with a cute little case !!

Theyre so good, and honestly one would think this app is a scam but by god its great! The airpods are comfortable and completely legit! They keep sane while at school or work and theyre cheaper than airpods from the apple website.

Item was shipped on time and functions as expected from a real pair of Airpods (I have used a pair of fakes before). The pair I was sold even came with 2 years of AppleCare+, likely from the original owner.

love my airpods. the only downside is whoever traded them in must not have properly disconnected them from their apple account so i cant hook them up to the find my system, but i hardly ever loose them so luckily i may never need that
