The Black Berry Bold 9900 is a amazing phone I believe the network should start working on releasing services

It doesn't turn on even after I spent $20 on a battery for it that came in and nope, nothing...I would like for it to get fixed or I exchange it maybe for a different Blackberry that's about the same price? I really wanted it to work.

Love my new Blackberry Keyone. I have had several people ask me "What kind of phone is that with a keyboard?" They say they miss their keyboard on their phones. I was determined to stick with Blackberry even though Sprint no longer sells them. It was great to find one on your site that was compatible with my carrier but was a Blackberry!

Quality of the BlackBerry Leap is poor. The phone will not connect to the network. Nothing to do with the item purchased, I believe it is a BlackBerry network issue. The service provided from Backmarket was excellent and the delivery was fast. The charger was a short cord and Samsung block piece though.

Absolutely love my blackberry!!! I had the keyone got rid of it to up grade to the key 2 and had to come back. The keyone is just better quality and more useful. It says very good condition but it looks brand new! Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I always thought that if I bought a "refurbished" cell phone it would be a piece of crap that someone had used within an inch of its life and then sold. How wrong I was! After cracking the screen on my Priv, I spoke with a repair place who told me the price of the screen would be more than a refurbished phone. This honest repair man told me Back Market was the way to go and I trusted him, since he had just said no to the opportunity to take ~$130 from me for a screen repair. And I am SO glad I did. I saved some money and came away with a phone that actually has a better battery life than my old one. Thank you!

I had never heard of this site before, but I am pleased with service, the product and the time it took to get to my door. I would order from this site again! I’ve always wanted a BlackBerry so I ordered the Classic. For the price, great buy. Minimal scratches, great battery life and everything works as it should. I ran a blackberry “diagnostic” app and everything worked exactly as it should and literally has no problems.

Real products was a bit skeptical at first but am I glad I really did buy them.... Both black berrys for me and my chick Worked flawlessly other than the bbm and the bbm world maybe because they are so old lol but the phone works and is in immaculate condition both of them out of the box were shining like new phones from the store... everything works internet international calls all that the bbm is the only thing that lags and the bbm world won’t work but everything and every app works fine .

Phone was great! Customer service was great! Shipping was great! All great from BackMarket and we will absolutely buy again! Unfortunately Verizon would not enable phone for use so we had to return it. Thank you BackMarket - you have a customer for life!
