There are a few little parts where you can tell there is preowned wear on the device and packaging however so far the sound quality is good as new and operating regularly. Pairing easily with my phone and other bluetooth devices. Only time will tell, but glad to get another refurbished speaker if it's quality.

So this speaker is phenomenal. I bought this for 100, shipping made it 107-8, and let’s just say this thing looks and performs way better than anticipated. Firstly, no marks at all, granted I got this in excellent condition but it’s splendid it holds up to quality chosen. Then, the speaker got was the Charge 5 WiFi, the one that goes for around 200+ new, and it works like a charm. In very blessed about this purchase and surprise, with or without the WiFi version I would not have been disappointed.

One thing about refurbished items, to me they work just as well as buying a brand new one and this speaker here works just like it’s a brand new one and I got it at a cheaper price!!

The headphones are very nice. Sound quality is good, comfort is OK. I planned to use them for travel due to the noise cancelling. On the first flight, there was a ton of static and feedback during takeoff. It reduced some after the initial vibration eased but I noticed if I shook my head from side to side, there was a very noticeable "crackle" sound while the active noise camceling is on. bit of a disappointment but they were inexpensive, so I was prepared for poor quality. If I had paid new prices, I'd be returning them.

I opened this right from original packaging, charged it up for about eight hours, and it was only at 30% power. Only the left ear produces audio. All the controls work, and this flaw happened on multiple devices and with both wireless and wired play. I am extremely disappointed

They’re amazing, I had originally bought them because I lost my Apple AirPods and now I don’t even feel like I need to bother finding them these are so much better than any other headphones I’ve ever used

The sound is great, and the battery life is wonderful. I've had some issues with connectivity, but I'm wondering if that's just because I'm used to having a strictly Bluetooth speaker, not a Wi-Fi enabled one. But dollars for sound, I'd buy it again tomorrow!

Great headphones with excellent sound, and unlike (many!) other earbud-style headphones these don’t fall out of my ears. They arrived quickly and in excellent condition. This is my third or fourth purchase with BackMarket and like those earlier experiences this has been great.

This is my 3rd purchase from back market! Honestly very very impressed. It looks brand new! No marks, perfect. I don’t remember what condition I bought it in. (Like it matters) it’s sounds super similar to AirPod max! I’m glad I got these! Def recommend:)
