    Rating this highly despite returning the product bc as a business owner, I understand how much a review affects a business. I'm the type of person who does not make impulse purchases and does extensive amounts of research before I buy a product. I am very upset with this purchase and the time spent researching its specs. The main reason I bought this Dell Latitude 5490 was bc of the 15 hr battery life. However, when I tested it on full charge without a charger plugged in, it only lasted TWO hours. This makes it no different compared to my $100 laptop my dad bought me. I understand this website sells refurbished products. Aesthetic-wise, it was beautiful and looked almost new. However, 2h out of the expected 15h of battery life is an injustice. If you do not care about battery life w/o a charger, you'd probably be fine. However, as a student who frequents coffee shops that often do not have outlets, this was a necessity for me which IT Supply Guy failed to deliver. Needless to say, it is on its way back to the seller.

    The ease of ordering, and the quality of the product that I received, are the reasons for my high review of my purchase from Back Market. If I didn't know that my laptop was refurbished, I would never have known by looking at it. It looks and behaves like a brand new unit. Additionally, the seller threw in an upgrade of a touchscreen. I couldn't be happier with the price, the lightning-fast shipping, and the quality of the product.

    It was awesome the laptop feels brand new and really working everything backmarket.com is the best for buying the refurbished laptops I need to specify every part and peace is polished and well cleaned, I got a charger which is not that came for XPS but the charger which got (dell Inspiron charger ) is work as good as the original charger I guess this the best place to buy the laptop or refurbished products I really trust this page

    The laptop is perfect and it's exactly what I was looking for. It's light, fast, and has all the features as mentioned on the website. You can't tell that it's been refurbished. Very pleased with my purchase.

    Exterior of laptop was pristine. Display was not as advertised. Advertisement was for 3840x2160. Delivered item has 1920x1080 @ 360 (still good though). Chassis fans were incredibly dirty and clogged causing the system to run above 70 degrees. Had the clean them and provide new paste while in upgrading the storage and ram. So please ensure refurbished means refurbished.

    This was a very simple refurbished computer for basic school use. When it arrived it didn't boot correctly and had a rattle. I suspected some damage in shipping and that it was likely an easy repair. I sent it back according to the directions from BackMarket and the seller fixed it and had it back to me within a week. There was no cost to me. It works perfectly when it arrived. I really appreciate how they stood by their guarantee even for this relatively inexpensive product.

    The laptop looked good as new when I received it and runs so well. The battery life is not the best, but I expected that after the research I did on buying refurbished laptops. That's no problem for me as I am at home most of the time when I am on mine anyways. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Backmarket again.

    I wasn’t sure about this online used electronics situation but honestly, I got an excellent laptop for a very good price. It works so well. I’m a grad student and do a lot of GIS and heavy graphics work. Normally I’m priced out of getting a machine that has anything beyond the basic capabilities needed. Getting a refurbished laptop was a win win win, and as a bonus I didn’t have to feed the exploitative and genocidal industry behind new batteries and electronics. If you’re on the fence, my suggestion is go for it.

    I was a little hesitant buying a refurbished laptop through Back Market. However, I purchased a used drone on MPB and that turned out be legit, so I took a gamble on buying this laptop, and turns out this is legit too. I do not think I will ever buy a brand new “tech” product again to be honest! This laptop is being used for video-editing & creating 3D models from aerial mapping (Pix4D). Even though this is a 5 year old laptop (upgradable to Windows 11), this is super fast compared to my budget computer. The graphics card leaves little room for glitching or crashing during video-editing computing. The computer came out of the box looking brand new. I was very impressed with my experience with Back Market & the seller! Super fast delivery too!

    110% honesty I love this computer. Works amazing for what I need between work and streaming. I understand refurbish and battery will not be as strong which is no problem at all because this battery still has LOTS of life left. My only small issue is the biometric scanner won't work. But oh no I have to remember a password. 150% recommend to everyone I know for electronics. Thank you again back market for producing such a great refurbish product and I will continue to buy from you
