I wasn’t sure about this online used electronics situation but honestly, I got an excellent laptop for a very good price. It works so well. I’m a grad student and do a lot of GIS and heavy graphics work. Normally I’m priced out of getting a machine that has anything beyond the basic capabilities needed. Getting a refurbished laptop was a win win win, and as a bonus I didn’t have to feed the exploitative and genocidal industry behind new batteries and electronics. The laptop looked good as new when I received it and runs so well. The battery life is not the best, but I expected that after the research I did on buying refurbished laptops. That's no problem for me as I am at home most of the time when I am on mine anyways. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from Backmarket again.
