Bought this computer for some light video editing. It is an older machine but still very powerful. It has exceeded all expectations in fuction and appearance. Actually has a touchscreen though its description said no. This is my second purchase from Back Market but wont be my last. Thanks again.

I can’t get past a black screen with the message “no bootable device found”. I needed this computer for my new job starting May 1 and it’s not just useless but it has put my job in jeopardy benow I’m short $460 and am unable to buy a new computer before getting my tefund from you. You don’t provide any support to quickly remedy a tech issue like this one. I will be posting my review on every social media account!
