I was excited to find this model however it arrived and would not fully charge. I connected with customer service. They informed me i never bought a phone. I have email confirmation and charge. I've canceled my plan returned the phone with tracking for a full refund

The phone didn’t come with its original charger. The most it would charge was 20% overnight, so I had to purchase one apart. The phone itself is great.

Phone and customer service were very good However phone couldn't be activated by Sprint even though it was Sprint phone. Not sure where the problem was but it was a huge headache that never got resolved after 5 hours of working on it.

I was a bit skeptical with ordering from Backmarket. I never heard of them but I did a google search of reviews and was pleased with the results. I ordered a Galaxy J7 locked to MetroPCS cause my dad broke his phone and was in need of a replacement. The Metro rep wanted to sell him a phone for $250 and I was not okay with that. He doesn't use the technology much. Other than making phone calls, he might occasionally get on Youtube or I may use it to get a text on his behalf but he himself doesn't text. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. I was able to activate it with MetroPlus quickly and easily. He had a gmail so everything transferred over. The phone is great. My dad uses it without issues. I was able to get the apps he does use and customize to his liking. I will definitely consider buying from BackMarket again. They were better than Amazon and EBay.

Got a great deal on a Galaxy J7. Working great and could barely tell the device was used. Phone arrived promptly and was ready to go when I plugged in my SIMS. Would definetely shop with Backmarket again.

The phone is supposed to be Tmobile and it clearly is marked on the box. Locked Sprint. This is why it doesn't work. I just used to get good phones that worked and now this is the third one Ive had to return. We never even get the correct charger with them. How hard could it be to put the correct charger in the box?

I've made purchases in the past and have yet to be disappointed
